Belgium Tourism

There are hundreds of reasons why any tourist should visit Belgium as it is an extremely beautiful and interesting country where young and old can have the time of their life. Belgium has the most amazing Castles and Gardens, a great place for any family, great for beer and chocolate lovers. Greatest fashions and Festivals and lots of great cities that are an absolute must for any tourist to visit.

Brussels is known for its Grand ‘Place, markets, ancient Art Museum, Art Nouveau and Jazz Marathons amongst other great attractions. Durbuy is the smallest town and prettiest in the world. It is not just something that is being said it is really so and dates from the 17th century mainly. Narrow and cobbled pedestrian streets wind through the town between ancient beautiful houses. From Brussels visitors will find trains running every two hours and from Barvaux runs a shuttle.

Tournia is another beautiful little town next to France. One of the Western world’s most breath taking religious monuments is the Tournai cathedral. It is an early Gothic masterpiece and towers five towers high in its Romanesque architecture The Museum of Fine Arts houses primitive painters as well as contemporary masterpieces. Castle of Beloeil and Museum of Textile Arts and Tapestry is two other must visits. Bruges, Dinant, Namur, Mons, Liege, Spa and Bastogne are only a few other cities in Belgium that are on the long list of reasons why Belgium is a beautiful country that must be visited.
